PPR pipe for hot&cold water

PPR water pipe is a polymeric material pipe. PPR pipe is an updated product of UPVC water supply pipe, aluminum-plastic pipe, PE pipe, PEX pipe and PERT pipe. Because it uses random copolymerization technology, the strength and high temperature resistance of polypropylene are well guaranteed, thus becoming the main force of water pipe materials. Compared with traditional cast iron pipes, galvanized steel pipes, cement pipes and other pipes, PPR pipes have the advantages of energy saving and material saving, environmental protection, light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall without scaling, easy construction and maintenance, and long service life. It is widely used in building water supply and drainage, urban and rural water supply and drainage, urban gas, electricity and optical cable sheathing, industrial fluid transportation and agricultural irrigation and other construction, municipal, industrial and agricultural fields.

In order to check the quality of PPR water pipe, we have carried out various compression tests on the PPR water pipe. After the test, our PPR water pipe were not damaged because we strictly control the use of raw materials and the production process.


How to install

1. Cut the PPR water pipe first

2. Clean the end face

The connection end face between the pipe grid and the pipe must be kept clean, dry and oil-free

3. Mark depth

Use a caliper or pencil to mark the depth of the melt on the tubing to avoid problems with overheating.

4. Pipe heating

Introduce the PPR water pipe end into the heat pipe jacket at 260-280°C until the marked depth is reached.

5.hot melt connection

After heating for a certain time, quickly hold horizontally and insert to the previously marked depth.When pushing, the force should not be too strong to prevent the tube head from bending.

6.fixed insertion

During the connection of the PPR water pipe, do not insert it in a rotatable manner.
